DIRECTIONS

  • Heat sesame oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add onion, garlic, peas, and carrots.
  • Stir fry until tender. Crack eggs into pan and scramble, mixing throughout vegetables.

  • Stir in soy sauce and remove from heat.
