Bethal's Chip Dip

ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- garlic salt, to taste
- milk, to blend ingredients
directions
- Add the first 3 ingredients to a bowl.
- As you cream the ingredients together, add milk until the dip reaches the consistency which you desire. Some prefer a dip which is thicker. While other's may like it thinner. Just remember to start out with less. It is much easier to add milk vs. taking it away.
- Dip can be used right away but, we prefer to refrigerate it and let all the flavors blend together.
- Enjoy!

My family has had the fortunate opportunity to live in differnet parts of the USA over the last few years. This has given us amazing chances to experience cuisine throughtout the nation but also blessed us with the ability to see everything this wonderful county has to offer.
