I love this recipe, I use it every time I'm making B&G. I tweak it by adding minced onion, onion salt, and crushed red pepper flakes and it is TO DIE FOR!

    O. M. G. Made this today...I was short 1/4 cup of milk but still followed the recipe..only difference was it was a tad bit thicker....but wonderful. I also omitted the salt and just added a smidge to my plate....wonderful wonderful wonderful.

Made this recipe this morning. It was very simple and easy. I did use a 1/2c of half and half and the rest 1% milk. I used the half & half because I didn't think the 1% was enough fat for this gravy, I usually use 2% for gravy. This was rich and thick and was wonderful over biscuits! Great recipe!

I'm a bad cook and this turned out good. Used a touch less flour, and was also surprised it did indeed need the salt.
