ingredients
- 1 cup plain flour
- 100 g butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups blueberries
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons custard powder
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
- Mix together all ingredients up to but not including Berries(fresh or frozen).
- Pour into greased 23cm spring form tin.
- Cover with Berries.
- Beat topping ingredients & pour on top of Berries.
- Bake for 50 - 60mins.
- Serve with whipped cream & Berries.
