  • Mix together all ingredients up to but not including Berries(fresh or frozen).
  • Pour into greased 23cm spring form tin.
  • Cover with Berries.
  • Beat topping ingredients & pour on top of Berries.
  • Bake for 50 - 60mins.
  • Serve with whipped cream & Berries.
