  • 1 cup orange juice, chilled
  • 1 cup champagne, chilled
  • grenadine

  • Stir the Benedictine and orange juice together.
  • Add the champagne.
  • Serve in tall glasses.
  • Garnish with a fresh cherry or berries of choice.

  1. I don't know why this hasn't been reviewed before, it's lovely. Now after saying that I made a half serving because I wanted it in a wine flute (never mind the fact that I'm a wimp about alcohol *blush*). It doesn't say where the grenadine goes in the recipe, even though I suspect it should be added with the orange juice I skipped it. Still it made a lovely drink that is easy to enjoy. Made for Photo Tag.
