ingredients
- 2 fluid ounces light rum
- 1 fluid ounce dark rum
- 1 fluid ounce orange liqueur
- 1 fluid ounce sour mix
- 1 fluid ounce cream of coconut
- 2 dashes grenadine
- top with pineapple juice
directions
- Fill tall glass with ice, add first 5 ingredients then top off with pineapple juice. Shake thoroughly.
- Add a dash or two of grenadine, stir gently and then listen to the sound of the warm Carribean breezes flowing through the palm trees.

Wow WiGal, was this incredible. I'm not much of a drinker anymore ...but boy was this good. It was a perfect blending of flavors. I felt like I was sitting on a beach, under a big umbrella sipping on a Tropical treat. What a lovely day dream. The drink was sweet, smooth and full of flavor. I will definitely be enjoying this again. My gf took the recipe home with her. We were both very impressed. The sweet creamed coconut was just perfect in this drink.
