DIRECTIONS

  • In a saucepan, soften the shallots and garlic in butter.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Cover and let simmer 20 minutes.
  • Remove bay leaf.
  • Reduce the soup in puree in blender. Add salt and pepper.
