Beer-Braised Pork

"Converted a Coastal Living stovetop recipe to a crockpot recipe. Love, love the flavor that resulted! Once cooked, shred and sauté on stovetop to caramelize the edges of the pork. Serve in taco with my Roasted Corn & Black Bean Salad (recipe 521315). Also great for pulled pork sandwiches."

  • Cut Pork into 1/2 inch pieces.
  • Place all ingredients in Crockpot.
  • Cook on Low for 4-5 hours, until you can pull apart with a fork.
  • To serve, sauté to carmelize/crisp up the edges of port.
  • Serve on soft taco with my Roasted Corn & Black Bean Salad, guacamole, or your favorite salsa and cheese OR shred and toss with your favorite BBQ sauce for delicious pulled pork sandwiches.
