- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 6 ounces egg noodles
directions
- In medium saucepan heat soup,cream cheese and cheddar cheese til cheeses are melted and well blended,set aside.
- Boil noodles til done.
- Cook ground beef with garlic and pepper,til beef is done.
- Drain fat off beef.
- Mix all together and serve.

My DH liked the added cheese in this dish. I doubled the recipe and the meat mixture was very thick. I didn't have another can of cream of mushroom soup to make it creamier so I added a can of cheddar cheese soup and a soup can full of milk to the mixture. When the noodles were added it was still a little too thick so I would add even a little more milk next time. I have to say it was quite tasty for being so easy and would be a great weeknight meal if time was short. Thanks for sharing. Made for PAC Spring 2011.
