ingredients
- 1 lb beef stew meat
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 onion
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 green pepper, Diced
- 2 tablespoons mango chutney
- 1⁄2 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Brown Beef in butter. Add onions, beef broth, and green pepper. Cover and Bake 1 1/2 hours. Add mango chutney and whipping cream. Mix cornstarch with 1/2 cup of water, add to thicken. Add salt and pepper.
- Serve over rice.
