  • Combine beef, salt, pepper, and garlic in a container. Mix well. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Add olive oil and let sit for 30 minutes.
  • Heat a pan to high heat and add all the ingredients.
  • Cook beef evenly while stirring/tossing continuously until outer part turns brown.
  • Add Worcestershire and oyster sauces and continue cooking until liquid in the pan dries up.
  • Switch to medium heat. Add butter and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes more.
