  1. A very easy, good and a quick throw together kind of meal. I did add crushed garlic, Dried parsley, Oregano, rosemary, sage, & basil. I think I`d like to add 1 cup cheese to the mixture then top with one more cup of cheese.

  2. I made this the other night for seven people and it was absolutely delicious. I swapped the mince for strips of rump steak instead. Great recipe.

  3. Yum! I made this for the Comfort Food Cookathon, and it is a really good comfort food on a rainy cold weekend. Thanks for the recipe!

  4. I followed the recipe except that I used only one can of tomato soup and two cans of mushroom, added 1/4 cup of milk and mixed 1 cup of cheese in and then topped with another 1/2 cup. I wanted it to have a more creamy base than tomato. I thought it was really good. Easy comfort food. All my husband could say was Mmmmm. Thanks!

I'm a real estate agent in the lovely city of Rochester, New York. That's not what I expected to do with my life. I got my bachelor's in psychology, my masters in literacy education, and I taught high school special education for two years. Then I discovered that helping people find the homes of their dreams was my real passion. I've been doing it for over two years now and still absolutely love my career. Other than that, I have a very spoiled Border Collie mix named Bear that I adopted from a local shelter in spring '08. He's gorgeous and fun and brings me great joy. Now if only I could find a man like that... LOL!
