  1. I really wanted to like this one but I just didn't. I think it was the tomatoe sauce and the cheese on top of the biscuit made it too hard. Sorry.........

  2. A very tasty, mid-week supper, when time is short, the budget is tight, and the kids are hungry. Great comfort food. Leftovers are excellent, too...if there are any! Thanks for posting!! Alan

  3. This meal was really good. I added a can of corn and a can of green beens to the beef mixture and made this a one meal dish. I fixed it for me, my 2 kids and my niece and newphew and we had some leftover. Thanks so much for sharing. Now that Fall is here and old man winter is knocking at the door, this will be a regular comfort food in my house. Made for PAC Fall/2008.

  4. Excellent! This was a huge hit with my family. I ended up using 2 cans of biscuits, but I think perhaps it is because I used the smaller regular cans, and not the 'Grands' style. DH thought it could use a bit more oomph in the flavor, but the rest of us liked it as is. The is a versatile dish that could definitely be made in many different ways to suit your tastes. I think an Italian style with some marinara sauce and sausage maybe. We used extra sour cream and cheese for topping. Made and reviewed for PAC Fall 2008.
