ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 (19 ounce) can bean sprouts, drained (or 1 lb. fresh bean sprouts)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 scallions, cut into 1-inch pieces

directions

  • Heat oil in a skillet or wok. Add sprouts; stir fry for 2 minutes. Add salt, stir in scallions and cook for 2 more minutes.
