ingredients
- 4 Hass avocadoes
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 small yellow onion, diced (or red onion)
- 1 tomatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon granulated garlic or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 -2 serrano chili, to taste
directions
- cut avocados in half and remove pit.
- Scoop pulp into medium bowl and add lime juice.
- Mash avocado with fork.
- Remove seeds from chillies and finely chop.
- Mix all remaining ingredients into mashed avocado.
- Chill, if desired.
- Garnish with a little chopped tomato.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
