    ounces tempeh, cut in 1/4 inch strips

    tablespoons sesame oil
  • Marinade

    cups water
  • 1 12
    teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 12
    teaspoons pressed garlic

    tablespoon sesame oil

DIRECTIONS

  • Place the cut tempeh strips into the marinade for 20 to 45 minutes.
  • Drain whatever fluid is left& saute the tempeh in the sesame oil over medium heat until golden.
  • Remove from heat, place on paper towel to remove any excess oil.
  • You may now use the tempeh in a variety of ways (see description).
