  • Combine all of the ingredients in a jar.
  • Shake well.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Variations: Add one of the following-- four cloves of crushed garlic, a squirt of lemon or lime juice, 2 tsp of fresh chopped basil, 2 tsp of minced scallion, 2 tsp fresh thyme, 2 tsp of fresh marjoram.

  1. I used white wine balsamic vinegar to prepare this. It was a fresh dressing for my tossed salad. I am doing the South Beach, and plan on trying other variations of this tasty dressing.
     
  2. I added garlic and lemon juice to this and, in my opinion, it did pick it up a lot. Great on greens.
