  • In a blender or food processor combine the garbanzo beans, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, oil, and salt. Cover and blend or process until smooth, scraping sides as necessary.
  • Spoon the hummus onto a serving platter. If desired garnish with pine nuts. Sprinkle with parsley.
