Southern Comfort is made from peach, citrus, and bourbon. M.W. Heron created it in the 1800's in his New Orleans bar. A nice liquere for a hot toddy.

Wonderful for a cold evening! Didn't have any lemons on hand but I bet that would have made it even more delicious than it already was. A very soothing, calming drink - contrary to the name!
