Barbecue Pineapple Pulled Pork - Slow Cooker Style

"I found this at mamalovesfood.com. This is what she says about it... This recipe is so simple you're going to think I'm lying. But I'm not, I swear! It's pure delicious. Sure, I still love my stand-by pulled pork recipe for something mild and easily incorporated into other dishes, but if you're looking for sweet barbecue goodness? This is the ticket!"

  1. I made this recipe with 3 lbs of chicken breast. it on. And i used Ms Dash all-purpose seasoning, 1 18 oz bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce and 1-8oz can of crushed pineapple. I was going to make it the next day so I put the all-purpose seasoning and i also sprinkled some garlic powder and rubbed it in. I put it in refrigerator over night. In the morning I put everything in the crockpot. At first it looked like their was to much liquid but after I shredded chicken, it was just right. It was sooooo good I couldn't stop eating it. I took it to my sisters the next day and when we heated it up whe had to add some liquid because it was a little dry. We put it over mashed pottoes and it was delicious.
