ingredients

1 chuck roast
1 (2 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
1 (12 ounce) bottle beer
1 cup catsup

directions

Place roast in a 9x13 roasting pan.
Top with onion soup, beer & catsup.
Cover with foil & cook at 300 degrees 2 - 3 hours, depending on the size of the roast.
