Banana Paletas

"From about .com (Mark Bittman) and posted for ZWT. The term paletas, Spanish for “little stick,” describes any sweet ice pop. **Freezing time is NOT included in cook/prep time. You will need popsicle molds for this recipe, or you could use small paper cups. Size/amount will depend on size of molds."

I made it with 25 calorie per cup cashew milk, and they taste great! No sugar was needed, the natural sweetness of the bananas did the trick.

Lessened the suger a little, but other than that it made for a great dessert for us, kids especially since they love bananas. Will make again. Made for PRMR Tag.

Yummy!! I love frozen bananas!! Didn't add very much sugar as my bananas were REALLY ripe (like almost ready for banana bread!). Next time, I might add in a little PB or mix in some mini chocolate chips!
