Yum, Yum! This is a "NO FAIL" Banana Muffin recipe for the quality of taste and texture. I have used both choped walnuts and chocolate chips in different batches. My only tweak is to use 1 tsp. Vanilla. My only problem is waiting to have 3 ripe bananas that are ripe enough at the same time. However, I just noticed a review from O-mama that may solve my future problem. Thank you for helping me to make family and friends happy.

Well it was very delicious and very easy to prepare just that I used brown sugar instead of white and also whole wheat. Also I reduced the sugar around %15 percent. I enjoyed it a lot. Thanks for recipe.

Added crushed walnuts on top, and made only 12 from this recipe so they are bigger! I also sifted the flour, which I always do when baking. Everything else stayed the same.

Turned out great as is: fluffy, moist, full of flavour. Made 2 tweaks (but no change in ingredients) in the tweak section!
