- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon thyme
- 1⁄2 teaspoon marjoram
- salt and pepper, as desired
directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Cover steak with marinade.
- Refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours.
- Remove steak from marinade.
- Sear steak on each side in hot skillet.
- Finish cooking to desired doneness in skillet or oven.
