ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed drained and squeezed dry
  • 2 cloves garlic, cut into slivers
  • 1 12 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

directions

  • Heat oil in sauce pan.
  • Saute garlic slivers in oil.
  • Add spinach and coat with oil and to heat through.
  • Put spinach in serving bowl and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.

    so good. maybe it's not what the recipe meant to do, but the garlic turned out sort of crispy... I'd double or triple next time!! the crunch and flavor was so nice with the softness of the spinach!

    Very tasty easy recipe. I used roasted garlic so no need to pan fry it, omitted oil, doubled the garlic. It only took minutes to make the recipe. Served with roasted pork tenderloin. Great dinner
