Baked Sesame Potatoes
Here's a twist on the traditional baked potato from Chatelaine Food Express Quickies 2
- Ready In:
- Scrub potatoes and cut in half.
- Rub with sesame oil then sprinkle generously with coarsely ground black pepper and salt.
- Bake on a baking sheet until tender, turning partway through (about 45 minutes).

Made this last night to go with Rachel's Baked Pork Chops#458891 and your recipe Quick Mixed Vegetable Medley#334261. I did use red potatoes (that is what I had) and added a little more sesame oil as Lori Mama suggested. I feel it still needed some spice or something but we still ate all of them. Thank you.
