Easy, quick and healthy salmon fillets

ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt, and freshly ground pepper to taste
directions
- Preheat oven to 450 and Line a pan with non stick foil.
- Spread olive oil across foil where each fillet will go.
- Place fillets evenly across foil-thicker ones on the outside.
- Cover in olive oil.
- Sprinkle sea salt and freshly ground pepper on top of each fillet.
- Bake at 450 for 12-15 minutes until cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.
