Baked Potato Packets

"My family, especially my husband, loves lots of flavor with his potatoes. We were getting bored with the same old baked potatoes. So we started doing this with them and they are fantastic. I put measurements for the seasonings, but I always just use a pinch or two of them. It's all according to taste."

  1. This is an excellent, easy variation of Hobo potatoes. I used canned mushrooms because that was all I had. These were very tasty. Might try them with a little cheese next time. Thanks for posting!
