Excellent. I didn't shred the potatoes I jullianed them.It was very easy to make and everybody liked it.The potato chips added an interesting texture to it.

My boyfriend makes this for me minus the potato chip topping and It is one of my favorites. I eat it cold the next day for breakfast! He uses the cubed frozen potatoes to save time. Delicious and simple!

Thanks, MizzNezz, for another delicious recipe. Loved the fact that this had all the toppings I put on a potato. Had enough left over to freeze for another meal.

I always end up with leftover baked potatoes and hate throwing them away. I fixed this and it is really good. I didn't shred the potatoes I sliced them into thin round slices.Everyone enjoyed them.

The famiy enjoyed this. I think next time I will add the cheese closer to the end just so that it is a bit more "gooey". I also might add onions to the mix for extra flavor. Thanks for the recipe!

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
