Delicious! I was looking for a quick chocolaty dessert and this one did not disappoint! I halved the recipe in order to save some ingredients, and a ramekin was more than enough for me! This dessert is so rich that it satisfies you right away. You can probably get away with filling six rather than four ramekins, they'll be smaller but I don't think it'll matter. I didn't have ice cream, so I just threw some marshmallows on top and toasted them! Be weary of the eggs on the double boiler, because mine came close to joining the scrambled family. I hope you'll enjoy this as much as I did!
