  2. This was a nice pork chop recipe that I would make again and for more flavor brown the pork chops in a skillet and use the white wine to deglaze the pan to add the bits and enhance the flavors of the marinade. The pork chops were tender, I used sirloin chops, and liked the caraway seeds added. Made and reviewed for ZWT 4.

  3. Prepared this recipe for the German forumn of ZWT4. I must admit, it just didn't have the flavor that I was expecting. I'm thinking more onion and garlic next time.

  4. Parsley, We kind of liked these... the meat wasn't tough or dry, the sauce was nice but in the end it just *didn't* really click as a taste that we thought 'wow, we will have to make these again soonest'.. instead it was more.. yes there is nothing wrong with these, just that we would like to make it a few times a year. I followed the recipe to the letter. Please see my rating system: 3 stars from me DOESN'T mean that this is any way a bad recipe, it just doesn't match our personal tastes. Thanks :)
