Baked Chili Chicken

"This is my favorite chicken recipe because it's moist everytime I make it. I got this recipe from Kraft's "what's cooking" magazine. Fall 2007."

  1. A nice change from the usual breadcrumb-baked chicken. I like things spicy, and I could taste just a touch of spiciness. I may add a bit more garlic/chili powder next time.

  2. Made this last night, but used haddock fillets [thought I had chicken, turned out I was wrong]. It tasted really good with the fish, and I plan to try it again soon with the chicken. For the fish, I cut the cooking time back to about 7 minutes total.
