ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless, skinless (or chicken breasts)
- 4 teaspoons scampi, spice blend (Scampi spice blend (Wildtree Scampi Blend)
- 2 tablespoons natural grapeseed oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
- 1 cup water or 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 1⁄2 cups rice
directions
- Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 baking pan. Pour ingredients into pan. Add 1 cup water or chicken broth and bake for 45 minutes.
- Serve over rice cooked according to package direction.
