  1. Perfect! Just what I was looking for to serve with our fish tonight. I used unseasoned Panko crumbs. Will make this again very soon.

  2. Even though I made one mistake -- I forgot to cover the asparagus while baking -- it still came out delicious! I used asparagus from my own garden. Thanks, Nick's Mom! Made for ZWT4.

  3. Terrific way to fix fresh asparagus. I left out the bread crumbs to save on carbs; didn't miss them. Made for ZWT3 and yummy!

  4. Fantastic! Rather than grated parmesan I used thin slices of fresh parmesan which in combination with the butter gives a wonderful golden appearance. Laid flat it also binds the asparagus together so several pieces can be served together.

  5. Wonderful and very easy too! I like that it's not oversauced or overseasoned. I went pretty heavy on the garlic powder, though ;) . My asparagus was done just right; not to crunchy but not mushy. I'm thinking that I will try this method on the top layer of my grill this summer (wrapping the asparagus in a foil packet). I look forward to eating this with some nice grilled steak or chicken. Thanx for posting!
