This was really nice - made it for St. Patrick's Day this year to serve alongside recipe#55792 - yum. I used my Keurig brewer to brew the coffee & the cocoa and made myself a double batch cause I couldn't see wasting it :). I found that I liked a little more cocoa but that was probably because my coffee was so strong. I think this would have been over the top with some fresh whipped cream which I'll try next time. Sure beats Starbucks! Thanks atlfitgirl!
This is wonderful! I combined one packet of Swiss Miss "no sugar added" hot cocoa mix and 1 1/2 teaspoons Sanka instant coffee granules in a large mug, then filled the mug 2/3 full with boiling water, stirring well. Added the Bailey's and half and half cream almost to the rim, gave it a stir and finished off with a dash of French Vanilla creamer for extra pizzaz. Very smooth, rich, and satisfying. A definite keeper, thanks for sharing this one with us!

I am in my early thirties and live with my DH and our 3 furbabies... a 6 yr old boxer named Sable, a 2 yr old boxer named Rocky, and a 5 yr old cat named Scoopy.
