- 2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 ounce Parrot Bay coconut rum
- 1 ounce cream, splash half and half
directions
- Combine the ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until foamy.
- Serve in glass with or without ice.

Awesome!! How can you go wrong with Bailey's OR coconut rum?! May I make a suggestion? Try a spash of Frangelico hazelnut liqour!! I'm a casino cocktail waitress and I recommend this to my customers who tip well! ;) -
Yummy! I used tahitian coconut vanilla rum for this and fat free half and half. A perfect blend of flavors and strong but not too strong for people like me! I loved this! -

Add a squirt (.5 to .75 oz) of chocolate syrup to bump up the sweetness even more ?? -

I don't think there's anything better than spending time with family and friends and enjoying delicious food together. I just love food.
