DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large skillet, sauté mushrooms and onion in margarine until tender, about 5 minutes. Season with thyme, salt and peppercorns.
  • Sprinkle flour over mushroom mixture. Stir. Reduce heat to low. Stir in sour cream, cream cheese and bacon. Heat just until thickened. Remove from heat.
  • Remove biscuits from tube. Press each biscuit to 1/4-inch thickness. Place 1-1/2 teaspoons of mushroom mixture on one half of each biscuit. Fold other half of biscuit over filling and press to seal.
  • Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve.
