Bacon Biscuit Puffs

    (8 ounce) can refrigerated layer biscuits
  • 2
    cups grated cheddar cheese or 2 cups swiss cheese (8 oz)
  • 12
    cup mayonnaise (or more if needed for desired consistency)
  • 1
    small onion, chopped
  • 8
    slices bacon, cooked crisply and crumbled
  • 2
    tablespoons sugar
  • 14 - 12
    teaspoon garlic salt
  • 5
    drops hot pepper sauce

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Separate each biscuit into 3 pieces.
  • Place on baking sheet.
  • Combine the cheese, mayo, onion, bacon, sugar, garlic salt and hot pepper sauce in a medium bowl; mix well.
  • Place a spoonful of the mixture, spreading evenly, on each biscuit round.
  • Bake 10 minutes or until golden.
