DIRECTIONS

  • Fry ingredients with oil over slow fire for 15 minutes.
  • Add chicken and a bit of tamarind infused water. Fry for 15 minutes.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Chicken will be slightly uncooked.
  • Heat frying pan with a lot of oil. When it's hot, put in chicken and fry to a brown colour.
