ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄3 cup butter (melted)
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 cup warm water
directions
- For cake mix dry ingredients and sift together.
- Mix in a bowl with wet ingredients just till blended.
- Pour into a 8" pan and bake till done approximately 30 minutes at 325°F.

A very nice, moist snack cake. And easy! Similar to one we used to have when I was a kid, called "Crazy Cake", which also had vinegar. I didn't frost this, but just ate it plain, but would also be good with some whipped cream. Made for Fall 2009 PAC.
