I have a much simpler, unbaked recipe that is foolproof and people love it. It has cream cheese, plain gelatin, one avocado, lemon juice, sugar and a graham cracker crust. Refrigerate and top with lightly sweetened sour cream, then garnish with lemon or lime zest, or raspberries or blueberries. A real crowd-pleaser.
