- 1⁄4 ripe medium avocado
- 3 tablespoons packed palm sugar or 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 3⁄4 cup plain soymilk
- 4 ice cubes
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
directions
- Place all ingredients in blender. Whirl until smooth and thick. Pour into tall glass and serve.
