ingredients

• 1 large avocado, pitted and cut into chunks
• 1 lime, juice of
• 1⁄4 cup sour cream
• 1⁄4 cup whole milk
• salt, to taste

directions

1. In a blender, or food processor, blend avocado, lime juice, sour cream, and milk on high speed until creamy. Season with salt to taste.
