"My favorite breakfast, especially at the office. I add some arugula or cilantro sometimes, if I have it."

• 1 slice sprouted bread
• 2 tablespoons cream cheese (I use Nancy's cultured)
• 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• 1⁄2 avocado, sliced
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 pinch black pepper
• 2 teaspoons hot sauce (I use Melinda's habanero)

directions

1. Toast your English muffin or bread.
2. Spread with cream cheese.
3. Layer avocado slices.
4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
5. Drizzle with olive oil.
6. Hot sauce to taste.

Love the combination of these flavors! Amazing on a toasted Asiago or Everything bagel as well.
