- 2 ripe avocados
- 1⁄2 lemon, juiced
- 4 slices Sourdough Bread for toast, toasted
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 3 tablespoons chopped white onions
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- kosher salt
- 1 pinch chili flakes
directions
- Cut avocados in half and spoon out pulp into a medium bowl. Add lemon juice, salt and a pinch chili flakes and mash with a fork to combine.
- Spread avocado on toast and top with chopped tomatoes, onion, parsley and a drizzle of olive oil.
