DIRECTIONS

  • Mix first 4 ingredients in blender.
  • Add water and mix with dough hook until nearly completely blended.
  • add oil and continue mixing.
  • remove from mixer and knead until silky.
  • If you make a multiple of the recipe, this is the time to split your doughballs.
  • place in oiled bowl and rest in fridge overnight.
  • remove from fridge and allow to proof two hours.
