  • Sift together flour, cocoa and baking powder. Add sugar and coconut. Add butter. Mix well.
  • Add Weetbix. Mix.
  • Press lightly into a greased 10" Pie plate.
  • Bake 20 min at 180°C
  • Slice and Ice as soon as it is removed from the oven. Sprinkle with coconut. Allow to cool completely before serving.
