What an amazing stir-fry recipe! I continue to be astonished that so few ingredients prepared so simply can yield such delectable results. Even my husband, who is highly suspicious of "new" food, declared this dish to be outstanding! I made it exactly as written the first time, then added just shy of a tablespoon of chili-garlic sauce and 1 tsp. of toasted sesame oil to the hoisin-sugar sauce the second time: both versions were excellent, but we will likely continue with the additions more often than not simply because we enjoy slightly spicy foods. It can take a bit of time to prep this, but I love the fact that all of the prep work may be done well in advance, making this an ideal recipe for a work night. Thanks so much for posting--it is now officially part of our regular rotation!
