  1. I used this recipe the first time I ever cooked asparagus, it was quick to make, simple ingredients and the whole family enjoyed it.

  2. I must say this was a great recipe! Very quick and tasty. With all the hours of work, there is not alot of time to cook during the week. This was very quick.

  3. Very easy and quick to make, tastes great and is low fat healthy too.

  4. What an amazing stir-fry recipe! I continue to be astonished that so few ingredients prepared so simply can yield such delectable results. Even my husband, who is highly suspicious of "new" food, declared this dish to be outstanding! I made it exactly as written the first time, then added just shy of a tablespoon of chili-garlic sauce and 1 tsp. of toasted sesame oil to the hoisin-sugar sauce the second time: both versions were excellent, but we will likely continue with the additions more often than not simply because we enjoy slightly spicy foods. It can take a bit of time to prep this, but I love the fact that all of the prep work may be done well in advance, making this an ideal recipe for a work night. Thanks so much for posting--it is now officially part of our regular rotation!

  5. I added green onions, mushrooms, & cashews. YUM! I made this for four but neglected to increase hoisin or brown sugar. It was still good but could have used more sauce for flavor--I'll try again. It was worth it!
