Artichoke Ravioli With Brown Butter Shrimp

A nice pasta dish that I created to use pre-made artichoke ravioli from Trader Joe's that I had, but feel free to substitute whatever ravioli you wish. Note: Nutrition info will be incorrect, as the ravioli is not included.

The all the members of our family rated this either three or four stars. I did have to use a mix of the artichoke ravioli and spinach ravioli as just one package wouldn't feed the whole crew. Everyone got a little of both kinds. Some of us preferred the sauce on artichoke ravioli and some of us preferred the spinach. It was a fairly quick and simple week night meal. I served with spring mix salads as a side.

I kept the sauce the same, but used spinach raviolis I got from Costco, and kept the shrimp whole because I have a teen who swears that I'm poisoning her if she has to eat seafood. This was quick and easy! The longest part was just waiting for the water to boil for the raviolis.
