ingredients
- 2 cans French style green beans, undrained
- 1 can artichoke, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 -2 clove garlic, minced
directions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Bake in casserole dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

VERY wet !! I made as listed, and even thinking 1/2 cup olive oil was a LOT -- just made it a tad short. Flavor was good -- reminded us of "something else". never identified ! Have leftovers for AT LEAST 2 more meals. May add some herbs. Next time, I would drain 1 can of beans. Thanks, Stephanie for a "different" Wednesday night taste ! Janey

This was such a nice addition to my Christmas table. Everyone loved it! I used frozen french cut green beans, flash cooked them so that they were crisp, then used them in the recipe. I doubled it as well because I was feeding so many people...It was delicious! The artichokes were a great addition. Thank you for a great recipe that is sure to be a keeper!
